Owned and run by Ollie—a passionate cyclist and experienced mechanic—The Chop Shop continues to serve Chippendale and the inner Sydney community with top-notch bike repairs and advice. I'm a one-man show, so when you bring your bike in, you're dealing directly with the guy who's fixing it.

Whether it's a quick tune-up, a full rebuild, or just figuring out that strange creak, I treat every bike like it's my own.
